Title: Media/Presentation creator

Location: Onsite @ Irvine, CA - PST timings (100% remote is an option for a strong consultant).

Duration: 12 months contract      

Must have: Required portfolio. PowerPoint / Executive Presentation Design, Visual Storytelling & Presentation Creation. Stakeholder Management & Communication. Advanced Excel Skills and Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI, or similar design/reporting tools. Exposure to PMO, project coordination, or program management activities…

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality executive presentations and visually engaging content for leadership reviews and client meetings.
• Design infographics, dashboards, reports, and communication materials that simplify complex information.
• Support PMO activities including project tracking, status reporting, meeting coordination, and action item management.
• Analyze and present project and operational metrics using Excel and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to develop effective communication materials.
• Ensure all deliverables are professional, visually appealing, and aligned with organizational standards.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in PowerPoint and executive presentation design.
• Experience in Presentation creation, visual storytelling, and media design.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience interacting with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI, or similar design/reporting tools.
• Exposure to PMO, project coordination, or program management activities.
