We are looking for Maintenance Technician for our client in Minnetonka MN.

Job Overview:

Pay Range $30.5hr - $35.5hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year technical vocational training and/or military experience.
• 2+ years experience in industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, safety checks, repairs, installations, and modifications on production equipment.
• Record all maintenance repair activity on production equipment and fixtures using CMMS.
• Knowledge of and skill in repairing industrial machines.
• Knowledge of and experience in troubleshooting and repairing all production equipment.
• Knowledge of and experience in using small tools, micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, multimeters, etc.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written procedures.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
• Knowledge of personal computer operations and skill in using software packages including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to respond to and answer/solve technical questions and problems.
• Tear down, inspect and rebuild production equipment.
• Ability to diagnose PLC problems and take the appropriate corrective action to repair.
• Requisition needed items for inventory, spare parts and emergency repairs.
• Support 5S.

Nice to Have:

• Medical device or optics manufacturing experience.

Skills:

• Hands-on maintenance experience.
• Technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong focus on maintenance experience.

Education and Experience:

• Technical/vocational education preferred.
• Degree or formal education in maintenance or related technical field is a plus.
