The Role

• Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes.
• Handle billing for inpatient hospital services across DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation sectors.
• Provide support to decentralized patient management teams within the group, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of patient administrative workflows.

What You'll Need

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, experience with hospital information systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP.
• Previous experience in inpatient patient billing is highly preferred.
• High willingness to perform, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
• Proactive, structured work style with the ability to maintain an overview in demanding situations.
• Professional and service-oriented approach when interacting with various stakeholders.
