The Role • Execute in-store product and display resets according to planograms. • Rotate between various retail locations, managing merchandising tasks at one store per day. • Reposition shelves, fixtures, and product displays to align with new store layouts. • Ensure accurate placement and rotation of products to optimize visual appeal and sales. • Submit timely reports and photographic documentation of completed work. • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project status and any operational needs. What You'll Need • Ability to perform a physically demanding role, including standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive motion. • A strong sense of self-motivation, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach. • Reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned store locations. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
