Fire Alarm Systems Installation Sales Representative

Johnson Controls seeks a Fire Alarm Install Sales Representative to drive growth for our smart, safe, and sustainable building solutions. You will prospect and qualify new customers, develop proposals for fire alarm installation projects, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close. Partner closely with engineering and installation teams to design compliant systems, estimate costs, and ensure seamless delivery. Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new fire alarm installation opportunities
• Conduct site visits and review plans to define system scope and customer requirements
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations for fire alarm projects
• Collaborate with engineering and installation teams on compliant system designs
• Manage full sales cycle, including pricing, negotiation, and closing
• Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data in CRM tools
• Ensure projects align with safety, code, and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate handoff to project and operations teams for smooth execution
• Stay current on fire alarm technologies, NFPA codes, and market trends
