Sr. Application Developer
(Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Philadelphia, PA 19103

Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Application Developer with 5+ years of full stack development experience to lead and support multiple enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), along with experience leading development teams and driving application enhancements.

Key Skills:
  • Java, Spring Boot
  • RESTful APIs & Web Services
  • Angular and/or React
  • Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
  • AI tools/technologies (Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)
  • SQL & Relational Databases
  • CI/CD, SDLC, Agile
  • Application Integrations & Data Extraction
  • Team Leadership (10-15 onshore/offshore resources)

Preferred:
  • Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Appian or Workflow Platforms
  • Genesys/IVR exposure
  • Healthcare/Insurance domain experience

Responsibilities:
  • Lead 2-3 enterprise applications simultaneously
  • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications and APIs
  • Drive new enhancements (70%) and application support/maintenance (30%)
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure best practices
  • Collaborate with business, architecture, and DevOps teams
