Float Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time | Outpatient | Low Moor, Covington and Daleville, VA
Greenbrier Valley Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Float Physical Therapist to support our outpatient clinics in Low Moor, Covington, and Daleville, Virginia. As a Float Physical Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse outpatient populations across multiple clinic locations while providing individualized, evidence-based care. You'll treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, balance and mobility impairments, musculoskeletal conditions, and other functional limitations. Your Role:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, and mobility-related conditions.
- Provide exceptional patient care across multiple outpatient clinic locations.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
- Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
- Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
- Ability and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations.
