The Role

  • Enhance product awareness through targeted visits to physicians and pharmacies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, pharmacists, and other healthcare personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Conduct informative and persuasive discussions with clients.
  • Organize and lead educational events for healthcare professionals and represent the company at industry conferences.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, medical affairs, and key account management, to implement client-centric strategies.
  • Analyze interaction data and leverage digital tools to optimize customer engagement.
  • Gather and relay feedback on market needs, adverse reactions, or technical issues.

What You'll Need

  • Certified Pharmaceutical Representative or equivalent qualification with expertise as per § 75 AMG, preferably with a degree in Human/Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry. Alternatively, a background as an MTA, PTA, or CTA.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly direct sales to physicians and pharmacies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and potentially Veeva.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools such as ZOOM and Teams.
  • Fluent German and very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
  • High degree of self-responsibility and independent work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel.
