Cloud Native Developer

Introduction

We are currently seeking a talented Cloud Native Developer to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, experience with Test-driven Development, and proficiency in various technologies such as AngularJS, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and more. This position offers a hybrid work environment in Downtown Cincinnati.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using .NET framework
• Collaborate with team members on TDD and Pair Programming activities
• Utilize Vue.js and Angular for front-end development
• Deploy and manage applications on Pivotal Cloud Foundry / Tanzu
• Work with GitHub, Concourse, and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD
• Implement and manage Azure services, Kubernetes, and Podman containers
• Utilize Redis and RabbitMQ for data caching and messaging
• Manage both relational and NoSQL databases
• Perform log analysis using tools like Dynatrace and SonarQube
• Explore AI-assisted development with GitHub Copilot
• Handle streaming data, metrics, and visualization tasks

Requirements

Required Skills

• 10-15+ years of experience in software development
• Strong .NET development experience (version 8+)
• Experience with Vue.js and Angular for front-end development
• Knowledge of Test-driven Development and Pair Programming
• Proficiency in Pivotal Cloud Foundry / Tanzu
• Familiarity with GitHub, Concourse, and GitHub Actions
• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and Podman
• Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Ability to work with Dynatrace, SonarQube, and perform log analysis
• Knowledge of GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development
• Experience with streaming data, metrics, and visualization

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence in software development
• Experience with Cloud Foundry and other cloud platforms
