Located on the Mornington Peninsula, Beleura Private Hospital brings together acute medical and surgical services, a dedicated 60-bed rehabilitation unit and specialist inpatient mental health care at Ramsay Clinic Beleura.
With a new day surgery centre and expanded operating theatre facilities, we're recruiting experienced Registered Nurses across our clinical teams, with opportunities to commence from January 2027.
Your Opportunities
We're looking for Registered Nurses with recent experience in:
- Medical & Surgical: Acute medicine, oncology, haematology and postoperative care across orthopaedic, general and specialist surgery.
- Perioperative: Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetics, Recovery/PACU and Day Surgery.
- High Dependency: Higher-acuity medical and postoperative patients requiring closer monitoring and clinical assessment.
- Rehabilitation: Inpatient rehabilitation following surgery, illness or injury, supported by dedicated therapy and hydrotherapy facilities.
- Mental Health: Inpatient psychiatric nursing at Ramsay Clinic Beleura's 48-bed Sorrento Unit, including mood disorders, trauma-related conditions and addiction treatment.
You'll use your clinical judgement and specialty expertise to assess patients, coordinate care and respond to changing clinical needs alongside medical and multidisciplinary teams.
About You
To be considered, you'll need:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years' post-graduate acute hospital experience, including at least 12 months' recent experience in the specialty you apply for.
- Current, valid working rights in Australia.
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and communication skills, with a commitment to safe patient care.

- Remuneration: Base hourly rate from $42.52 - $52.80 + super depending on experience and qualifications. Penalty rates and allowances are additional. (VIC RN/Midwife Year 2 – Year 8*).

- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
