Job description

Description

This role will run from 1st December 2026 until 7th January 2027 - 24 Hours Per Week.
About The Role

At Butlin’s, we’re proud to be the Home of Entertainment. Every year we host 24+ Big Music Weekends, welcoming around 7,000 guests per break who come ready to party — and that’s just the start!
Alongside our adult breaks, we deliver unforgettable family experiences with world‑class productions as seen on TV, including headline acts like The Masked Singer.

If you love fast‑paced, high‑energy environments where no two days are ever the same, our bars are where the magic happens.

Our bar teams are right at the heart of the action. From pouring drinks to creating an atmosphere our guests can’t stop talking about, you’ll be part of the team that brings every celebration, every show, and every big moment to life.

If you’re friendly, energetic and passionate about guest service we’ll teach you everything else you need to know.

You’ll be surrounded by a brilliant, supportive team who will help you build confidence, learn new skills and truly get stuck in.
Whether you’re brand new to hospitality or already have bar experience, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to grow within the bars team and across the wider resort.

Key Responsibilities

A great team player who thrives in a lively, buzzing environment
Someone who enjoys meeting new people and trying new things
A warm, friendly manner and a passion for delivering brilliant guest experiences
Flexibility to work, including weekends and late nights on our adult breaks (some shifts finish around 4am)

If you’re looking for a role where every shift brings something new, where you can shine, grow and be part of something truly exciting, we’d love to welcome you to the Butlin’s Team.

About Butlin's

As The Home of Entertainment, we pull out all the stops to provide our guests with an 'Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break', from all-action family holidays to adult-only Big Weekenders, brought to life through our three mighty values. So, if you're looking for a role where you can Create Smiles, where you aren't afraid to Get Stuck In and where the team genuinely Care For Each Other, we think you'll fit right in!
