Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Snowflake Platform Engineer with strong experience building, provisioning, securing, and managing enterprise Snowflake environments.

This is not a Snowflake Developer or Data Engineer role candidates must have platform engineering, infrastructure automation, and administration experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with Enterprise Cloud and Security teams to deploy secure Snowflake environments within a large-scale cloud ecosystem.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of cloud infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Extensive experience provisioning and managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Experience working with Enterprise Cloud and Security teams to obtain infrastructure approvals.
• Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake platform engineering, including:
• Snowflake environment provisioning
• Warehouses
• Databases
• Schemas
• Roles and RBAC
• Security policies
• Resource monitors
• Data integrations
• Experience automating Snowflake deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting AWS in a multi-cloud environment is preferred.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience supporting enterprise Snowflake environments in banking or regulated industries.
• Experience with Snowflake security and governance.
• Experience integrating Snowflake with Azure and AWS services.
• Experience building Terraform modules for Snowflake automation.
• Experience with cloud networking, IAM, and security controls.
