Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and are motivated by unlimited earning potential, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.
Our Sales Consultants work with customers throughout the entire vehicle-buying process, from the initial conversation through delivery and follow-up. You'll have the opportunity to work with a respected automotive brand while developing valuable sales and customer relationship skills.

What You'll Do
Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner
Build relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences
Present vehicles, features, options, and financing opportunities
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Respond to customer questions and overcome objections
Follow up with leads by phone, text, email, and other communication channels
Develop and maintain a personal customer pipeline
Negotiate and close vehicle sales
Maintain accurate customer information and follow up with previous customers
Work with the sales and management team to provide an exceptional customer experience
Stay current on Acura products, features, incentives, and industry trends
What We're Looking For

Comfortable working with customers in person, by phone, text, and email
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to listen to customers and identify their needs
Comfortable asking for the sale and working through objections
Previous automotive or sales experience is a plus, but motivated candidates from other customer-facing industries are encouraged to apply
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to work a full-time dealership schedule, including weekends
