Title:System Administrator

Job Location:Pleasanton, CA(Onsite)

Local candidate able to work on-site (job requirement)- Pleasonton based resource- this is mandatory, should be willing to work from office
Strong command of the English language, written and verbal, effective Communication Skills (job requirement)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
5 to 10 years exp (looking for Junior to Intermediate role)
Experience with Windows Server and performing server administration tasks
- Experience using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)
- Ability to map network drives
- Experience installing and configuring software
- Experience administering IIS including
  - Managing SSL certificates
  - Website setup and configuration
  - Identifying and resolving security-related IIS issues

Release management experience – ability to create CHGS, Tasks etc
- Availability for deployments at 9:00 PM PST (job requirement) (This doesn''t happen daily, however there needs to be flexibility to work late ours (by starting late) to support a release. This will be scheduled in advanced.)

Claims processing experience and Testing experience
Proficiency with MS Office products, general internet usage, and PC operation
Ability to write clear technical documentation
Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio and SQL database experience (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ATLAS, Fusion, FormWorks, KPOM)
