About the Role

Join a small growth team at an early-stage consumer dating and AI company as its first dedicated content-focused growth hire. You will shape how the brand reaches and engages users, while helping develop the growth playbook for expansion across the United States.

What You'll Do

• Own short-form video content from concept and scripting through shooting, editing, and color grading for TikTok, Instagram, and other channels.

• Build the brand's social presence with polished, engaging, on-brand content.

• Use content performance and engagement data to identify promising formats, channels, and growth opportunities.

• Design and execute growth experiments across social, events, pop-ups, and digital channels.

• Help shape early go-to-market strategy and develop repeatable playbooks for user growth.

• Work with founders and engineering teammates to turn user feedback and insights into growth ideas.

What We're Looking For

• One to four years of growth experience at a consumer startup or app, with ownership of strategy and execution across channels.

• Professional short-form video skills, including scripting, shooting, editing, and color grading, with experience publishing to platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Experience in an early-stage startup or another demanding, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to use product analytics and data analysis tools, experimentation methods, and A/B testing to validate growth hypotheses.

• A track record of measurable impact on user growth or engagement, plus experience leading cross-functional work with product, engineering, design, or marketing.

• Experience improving user acquisition funnels, conversion flows, or onboarding is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $100,000 to $130,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
