The Role

• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and assess needs.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations for pest prevention solutions to commercial clients.
• Build trusted relationships and serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers.
• Achieve sales targets through prospecting, lead generation, and utilizing marketing tools.
• Prospect new business opportunities and manage assigned leads effectively.
• Explain proposed solutions clearly, manage expectations, and ensure customer peace of mind.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license/certification (company-paid).
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and access diverse property areas.
• Ability to safely use ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is a plus.
