Job Description

Title : Quality Analyst III - Performance Lead

Location : Remote

Duration : 6 months

Type : Contract -W2

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Technical Strategy: Define and lead the technical strategy for cloud-native performance testing and optimization for OneView applications (OVBS/OVSS) hosted on Google Cloud Platform.

·       Team Leadership: Lead a team of 4-5 Performance Engineers, providing guidance on strategy, solutioning, and advanced execution using tools like LRE, JMeter or Gatling

·       Executive Communication: Communicate complex technical findings, risks, and Performance metrics to PEX management and executive leadership in broad settings with actionable insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

·       Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Performance testing.

·       Cloud Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) observability and performance tuning.
