Job Description

Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: 3-5 Years

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifying experience.
  • Strong project-management or PMO experience.
  • Experience supporting complex business or technology initiatives.
  • Experience with project schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, dashboards, and status reporting.
  • Experience coordinating across business, technical, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and rapidly onboard into new project environments.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CAPM, CSM, PSM, or comparable certification.
  • California state or public-sector PMO experience.
  • Healthcare/public-benefits experience.
  • Experience with Agile/hybrid governance.
  • Experience with enterprise applications or digital transformation programs.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards and governance packages.
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent Work Orders/projects.
