Sales Representative (Flex)

At Holiday World, we don’t just sell RV’s, we Create RV Life Experiences for our customers. We're looking for
Sales Associates who are passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and earning an exceptional income in a supportive and high-performance environment.

Develop relationships with our customers
Listen to our customers and help find their dream RV
Present and demonstrate inventory
Understand and implement the dealership sales process
Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to delivery)
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications through daily training
Follow-up with customers, including past customers
To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work Saturdays

Proven sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, or similar a plus!)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and peak seasons
