Sales Development Representative (Founding)

About the Role

This is a founding SDR/BDR position on the Growth team, focused on building and owning pipeline for a voice AI platform with strong market demand. You will play a key role in shaping the sales playbook and establishing repeatable go-to-market motions from the ground up, with a clear path toward full-cycle deal ownership.

What You'll Do

• Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and phone.

• Identify and engage the right prospects for a B2C-focused AI voice product.

• Build and manage relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.

• Maintain CRM tooling and manage pipeline with discipline and accuracy.

• Shape the GTM motion by contributing to a repeatable sales process and refining outreach strategies.

• Contribute to hiring and building out the sales team and sales playbook.

• Progress into owning and closing deals end-to-end after strong performance.

What We're Looking For

• Direct sales experience in a startup or fast-moving environment, with a proven record of consistently exceeding targets or KPIs.

• Comfortable driving multi-channel outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone) and managing CRM pipelines.

• Near-native German (C2) and strong professional English (B2 to C1).

• Strong business sense to understand the problems and needs of prospective customers.

• Hands-on, scrappy, and willing to do the unglamorous work that early-stage pipeline building requires.

• Collaborative, high-energy mindset with a low-ego approach to teamwork.

• Based in Berlin and comfortable working on-site five days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 75,000 to 85,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
