Air Conditioning Engineer

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - London & M25 - Up to £55,000 + Package An exciting role to join a growing AC & Mechanical specialist who is looking to expand their operation due to the acquisition of a contract and bring in a specialised Commercial Air Conditioning engineer to supply this service to the existing portfolio of clients in London.

This is a mobile position and all of the sites are based in London & M25 and surrounding areas. You will be joining their current mobile maintenance team and covering London and the M25 on a range of commercial and high residential contracts. You will be responsible for all commercial Air conditioning service and maintenance.

Requirements C&amp;G/NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning &amp; Refrigeration (Desirable)<br />Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)<br />Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge<br />Extensive experience working within a commercial environments<br />Full Driver's Licence<br />Strong working knowledge of leading AC systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, etc.)<br />Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills<br />Ability to work independently<br />Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br />10 Years of Air Conditioning Experience (Ideally)Benefits Basic Salary of up to £55,000<br />Quarterly Bonus for achieving objectives based on achievable targets<br />Monday to Friday 07:00 am – 18:00 pm (10-hour working Day, Inclusive of travel &amp; 30-minute break)<br />22 Days Holiday package + Bank Holiday<br />Company Pension<br />Company Van &amp; Fuel Card<br />Tablet &amp; Work Phone Provided<br />Full company uniform<br />Lots of Overtime AvailableResponsibilities PPM &amp; Reactive maintenance<br />Air conditioning, Chillers &amp; refrigeration - Service/maintenance<br />Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.<br />Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.<br />Extensive building services knowledgePlease send your CV to Archie Reed at CBW Staffing Solutions today
