Introduction

As a SOAR Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing automated playbooks, workflows, and custom widgets within the Swimlane SOAR platform.

• Core SOAR Expertise: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience developing automated playbooks with expertise in Swimlane.
• Development Focus: Background in workflow engineering, software development, or API integrations (Python, REST APIs, JSON).
• Data & Interface Customization: Experience with building custom forms, dashboards, reporting analytics, and dataset enrichment pipelines.
• Systems Familiarity: Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), ticketing systems, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Collaborative Mindset: Strong communication skills to gather requirements and collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.
