Field Support Engineer - Entry Level

Introduction:

As a Field Support Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in conducting on-site inspections, data collection, and field testing. You will be responsible for logging regional performance metrics and providing technical updates to internal teams and clients. This position requires frequent travel to regional field sites and offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic technical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections, data collection, and field testing
• Log regional performance metrics and translate technical updates for teams and clients
• Travel frequently across regional field sites
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot hardware subsystems and perform system testing
• Generate technical documentation and reports for field operations
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide technical support and address any issues
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities

Requirements:

• Recent Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
• Experience with hardware subsystems, basic scripting, or client-facing interactions is a plus
