The Role • Lead and manage a team of service technicians, overseeing daily operations and performance. • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). • Act as an on-site manager, responsible for technical and operational matters, ensuring adherence to company standards. • Consult and advise customers with a high level of service orientation throughout their experience. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and dispatching of incoming orders. • Ensure quality assurance, conduct inventory, and maintain audit-relevant standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a craft trade, with several years of professional experience, ideally as a vehicle mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to complete a specialized knowledge test or already possess a "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and collaboratively. • Commitment to our company values of inclusivity and respect for all individuals.
