Mendix Lead Developer (W2 Role)
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of Mendix solutions, ensuring best practices and standards are followed and the applications are fine tuned for performance
• Design and develop high-quality Mendix applications that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of Mendix applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams, to deliver successful projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Mendix Lead for at least one year
• Strong knowledge of Mendix Integrations, Domain models, Microflows, Workflows and User Interface
• Total software development of at least eight years
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Mendix Expert/Advanced Certification
