Utility CIS Business Analyst SME

Title: Utility CIS Business SME
Location: Waltham MA 02451-Onsite
Duration: 12 months/contract

This is essentially a Utility CIS Business SME role. The strongest candidates will combine:

• 5+ years of utility operations experience (billing, metering, field service, or new connections),
• hands-on CIS implementation or configuration experience,
• business process/workflow design expertise,
• utility billing and meter-to-cash knowledge, and experience working with cross-functional teams during large-scale transformation programs.
