Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Software Developer (.NET & React, AI-Enabled SDLC)
Location: Summit, NJ / Midtown, NYC – 3 days onsite per week
Duration/Type: Contract 
Start Date: 3rd week of September
Experience: ideally around 10 years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with strong expertise in .NET/C# and React, along with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools. The developer will work closely with AI, Product, and Engineering teams to accelerate delivery and improve software quality through AI-enabled SDLC practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET/C# and React.
  • Build responsive front-end applications and robust backend services/APIs.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Use AI-assisted tools such as Cursor and Claude Code for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
  • Apply AI across SDLC phases including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with the AI team to refine and improve AI-driven development frameworks and practices.
  • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, rapid prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Contribute to technical design, architecture, code quality, and performance optimization.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core
    • React / JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern SDLC practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with AI SDLC frameworks such as BMAD or similar.
  • Experience with prompt-driven development and AI-generated code.
  • Experience developing enterprise-scale applications, frameworks, or platforms.
  • Familiarity with Azure or AWS and modern DevOps pipelines.
  • Experience integrating AI into software development workflows.
