Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Systems Administrator (Windows and SaaS).
Job Description:
Job Title: Systems Administrator (Windows and SaaS)
Job Type: Fulltime
Job Location: Fremont, CA
Work Schedule: Onsite
Responsibilities
Administer MS365, Intune, Active Directory, and Entra ID (Azure AD), including device enrollment, security policies, and access controls.
Deploy, patch, and maintain Windows Server environments, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, permissions, and app integrations across core company software.
Resolve Tier 2/3 technical escalations and document IT procedures and workflows.
Manage system backups, apply OS patches, and enforce compliance and security standards.
Qualifications:
3+ years in a Systems Administrator role focused on Windows infrastructure.
Proven hands-on experience with MS365, Intune, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
Experience managing Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence (preferred).
Familiarity with administering Google Workspace alongside MS365 environments (a plus).
Basic PowerShell skills for automating administrative tasks (a plus).
