User Experience Designer - Hawthorne, CA (Onsite)

Title: User Experience Designer 
Location: Hawthorne, CA (Onsite)
Contract: 6 Months (with possible extension)
Pay Range: $70-75/hr (DoE)
Responsibilities:
This person needs to be a senior who can give direction, create manually. Sort of her work is reviewing AI, suggesting improvements and QA perspective on this role to produce high level output.
Top 3 Skills:
1.    AI fluency and Figma fluency
2.    Digital media design with a focus on email and CXE (Strong foundation of both UX and Visual Design)
3.    Marketing Campaign Expertise from concept through delivery and execution.

Preferred Skills

1.    Stakeholder Management
2.    Excellent communication and collaboration skills
3.    Self-management of time, project management, and prioritization.

• Experience supporting product launches, and experience marketing hardware and software products. Specific examples of desirable candidate backgrounds mentioned include experience at Apple, smart security brands, wearable tech companies, or similar organizations where both physical devices and in-app/software experiences must be marketed together
