The Role

• Responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Assume the role of Workshop Manager (HWK), overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
• Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle handover with a strong service orientation.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders.
• Oversee quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure compliance with audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician.
• Willingness to undergo the required qualification exam or already hold the Workshop Manager (HWK) certification.
• Possess a valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and general computer proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a team, and foster trusting, equal partnerships.
