Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join the engineering team supporting enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, experience developing backend services and REST APIs, and the ability to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Python.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Develop scalable applications using frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

• Work with SQL and relational databases to develop and optimize queries.

• Troubleshoot application issues, perform debugging, and improve system performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and software development lifecycle activities.

• Use Git and CI/CD pipelines to manage code changes and deployments.

• Follow coding standards, security best practices, and software engineering guidelines.

• Contribute to application design, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python development.

• Experience developing REST APIs and backend applications.

• Knowledge of Flask, Django, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks.

• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

• Experience with Git and version control.

• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and debugging.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Pytest.

• Exposure to Linux/Unix environments and CI/CD practices.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
