Data Analyst

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who enjoys both heads down data work and cross-functional collaboration. This position will support a complex pricing environment by analyzing and maintaining large data sets, processing pricing requests in SAP, troubleshooting pricing and data issues, supporting audits, and identifying errors and inconsistencies. The role partners closely with Sales, Customer Solutions, and technical teams and offers the chance to take ownership of meaningful work while using tools such as Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Copilot to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills:

3+ years' experience in data analysis with the ability to validate results, identify anomalies, and recognize inconsistencies

Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately work with large, complex data sets

Advanced Excel skills including data cleanup, data manipulation, reconciliation, formulas, PivotTables, and Power Query

Background in data, computer science, finance, accounting, or a related discipline

Openness to utilizing AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency and productivity

Familiarity with SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA, with the ability to navigate the system and enter or correct data

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Strong communication skills with the confidence to ask questions and collaborate with Sales and Customer Solutions

Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of work with limited day-to-day direction

Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and consistently meet commitments

Ability to clearly explain data findings and pricing issues to both technical and non-technical partners

Desired Skills:

Power BI experience

SQL query experience

Experience working with pricing, customer, material, sales order, or billing data
