Strategic Pitches & Proposals Lead

Allens is seeking a proactive Bid & Proposals Lead to join our Clients & Markets team. Based in Australia with a hybrid model (60% in office, 40% from home), you will deliver compelling pitches and proposals, coordinate CVQs end to end and work with senior stakeholders to build scalable content libraries.

You will orchestrate high quality submissions, balance competing priorities and mentor peers, while driving continuous improvements across the bid lifecycle.
