What You'll Need

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of customer-facing work experience OR Associate's Degree and minimum 1 year of customer-facing work experience OR Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences to build trust and drive policy sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills.
• Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
