at, and above grade level through targeted instruction, continuous progress monitoring, and thoughtful

integration of educational technology.

Position Overview

This is a unique hybrid role for an educator who enjoys both direct student impact and systems-level problem

solving. As a Blended Learning Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our elementary blended learning

program across grades 1-5. This position combines hands-on instructional support with operational

coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with students, collaborating with teachers,

leveraging technology, and helping educational systems run smoothly. Responsibilities may include providing

1:1 or small-group student support, coordinating classroom technology and logistics, using student data to

guide support decisions, and contributing to program enhancements and staff support. This position is

suitable for a candidate who would like to pursue a career in the classroom as well as school support.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure classrooms are prepared and operational for successful blended learning implementation

Provide individualized and small-group academic support based on student needs and performance

data

Troubleshoot instructional technology and coordinate day-to-day program logistics

Partner with teachers to support effective implementation of blended learning routines and tools

Along with the team, use student data to help identify support opportunities and inform instructional

decisions

Assist with program development, innovation, and staff support related to blended learning

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Analytics or related field

Elementary school teaching or school-based experience highly desirable

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Comfort with educational technology and instructional programs

Experience with educational technology, analytics, or programming is a plus

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
