Title: Pega Program Manager

Location: New York (Onsite)

• Looking for an experienced Pega Program Manager with 15+ years of program management experience.
• Must have led large-scale Pega platform implementation programs.
• Strong experience managing multiple projects across Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance (BFSI) domains.
• Responsible for overseeing the complete program lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Drive risk management, governance, compliance, and quality across Pega implementations.
• Coordinate with Pega architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, milestones, and program health.
• Deep understanding of Pega capabilities and enterprise-scale platform implementations.
• PgMP or PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Location: New York, NY (Onsite) with excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
