The Role

• Enrich the lives of residents through dedicated care and support
• Perform classic nursing duties, including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation
• Foster trusting relationships with residents' families, physicians, and colleagues
• Provide professional and personal guidance to auxiliary nursing staff, trainees, and interns
• Creatively contribute to the daily life and activity planning for residents

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, other completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interaction
• Strong teamwork skills and a genuine desire to enhance residents' lives
