Job Description



A banking services organization is seeking a QE Test Automation Expert for a remote contract opportunity. The role focuses on modernizing test automation by converting Selenium scripts to Playwright and supporting integration within CI/CD pipelines.


About the Opportunity:




  • Shift: Day shift




  • Schedule: Monday through Friday




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: Remote




Responsibilities:




  • Convert existing Selenium scripts to Playwright




  • Integrate automated testing into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines




  • Validate migrated automation for accuracy and stability




  • Troubleshoot automation and migration issues




  • Partner with QE, development, and DevOps teams to support testing efforts




Qualifications:




  • 8+ years of experience in quality engineering or test automation




  • High School Diploma / GED




  • Strong experience with Selenium and Playwright




  • Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines




  • Demonstrated experience converting Selenium automation to Playwright




  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills




Desired Skills:




  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree




  • Experience with Jira and GitLab




  • Experience in a financial services or regulated environment
