 We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mobile Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and architecting native (iOS, Android) and hybrid (Ionic) mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end mobile performance, robust API integration, and a strong commitment to quality, including monitoring, testing, and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance.  Key Responsibilities:  Architect, design, and develop scalable native and hybrid mobile applications (iOS, Android, Ionic) Lead end-to-end performance optimization, including profiling, benchmarking, and troubleshooting Integrate and manage complex API connections, ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency Implement and maintain monitoring solutions for mobile app health and usage analytics Drive comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, UI/UX, and regression testing) Ensure ADA compliance and accessibility best practices across all mobile platforms Mentor and guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, Backend) to deliver high-quality solutions Qualifications:  10+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development and architecture (iOS, Android, Ionic) Proven track record of delivering high-performance, accessible, and reliable mobile applications Strong knowledge of mobile frameworks, API integration, and security best practices Experience with monitoring tools, automated testing, and accessibility standards (ADA) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills  Skills: Java API Management & Microservices Experience Required: 10 & Above
