Branch Administrator Fixed term contract

At CCH Group, we deliver over 1.5 million hours of care every month across more than 260 locations. As a Branch Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the branch, helping to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and supporting our teams to deliver outstanding care.
Location: Business & Innovation Centre, Wearfield, Sunderland Enterprise Park, Sunderland, SR5 2TA
Salary: £24,860 per annum, plus additional payment for on-call duties (pro rata)
Working hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with participation in an on-call rota.

What you’ll do
Branch Administrator with responsibility for compliance, maintaining accurate records and filing, handling daily telephone enquiries and supporting the smooth running of branch. The ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and participate in an on-call rota.
What you’ll Bring:
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, ideally within a domiciliary care or healthcare setting.
