Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Define enterprise AI vision roadmap and architecture strategy
  • Engage with CXO stakeholders to drive AI adoption and transformation
  • Design scalable AI solutions across cloud onprem and hybrid environments
  • Lead adoption of generative AI LLMs and enterprise AI platforms
  • Agentic AI  Copilot Solutions
  • Architect and govern Copilot Studio agents workflows and integrations
  • Design multiagent orchestration patterns task decomposition flows fallback handling
  • Enable knowledgedriven AI using Azure AI Search vector databases and RAG patterns
  • Implement prompt engineering and ground copilots with enterprise data sources
  • AIML Engineering  Data Platforms
  • Deploy and finetune generative AI and pretrained models
  • Apply best practices in ML data engineering and largescale processing PySpark
  • Work with Azure AI services OpenAI Form Recognizer Cognitive Search
  • Drive MLOps  LLMOps foundations for model lifecycle management
  • DevOps ALM  Governance
  • Define ALM strategy for AI and Copilot solutions DevTestProd environments
  • Implement CICD using GitHub and Azure DevOps pipelines
  • Manage solutions environment variables and connection references
Establish governance for
o Security compliance DLP policies
o Responsible AI and data residency
  • Ensure scalable repeatable and auditable deployments
  • Integration  Enterprise Enablement
  • Architect integrations with enterprise systems SAP Dynamics ServiceNow
  • Develop APIs custom connectors and automation workflows Power Automate
  • Deliver customer enablement workshops and upskilling sessions
  • Observability Operations
  • Implement monitoring using Azure Monitor and Application Insights
  • Track performance reliability and adoption metrics
  • Continuously optimize AI solutions and agent workflows
  • Preferred Qualifications Not Mandatory
  • Handson experience with Azure AI Search vectorhybrid retrieval RAG
  • Experience designing multiagent ecosystems and orchestration frameworks
  • Exposure to crosscloud platforms AWS Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with Agent Factory  enterprise AI operational models
  • Experience with containerization Docker Kubernetes
