Merchant Compliance Analyst

Location- Augusta, GA (Based in the Atlanta area and able to work onsite at the Atlanta client office three days per week with limited travel requirements.)

Description:

Responsibilities:
Review merchant activity and case details to ensure compliance with established client program requirements.
Manage case intake, triage, and distribution between Visa and client stakeholders to support timely resolution.
Serve as a liaison between network and clients, facilitating discussions and driving issue resolution with merchants.
Analyze program performance and merchant trends to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reporting capabilities, and overall program effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in payments, card networks, merchant acquiring, compliance, risk operations, or related financial services functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess merchant activity and identify compliance concerns.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across multiple teams and clients.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment while managing multiple priorities.
