Job Description

We need two Lead Data Engineers to support the technology and data engineering team. The resources will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable data solutions, ETL/ELT pipelines, Snowflake data platforms, and AI-ready data solutions.

The role requires strong experience with Snowflake, Nexla, Apache Airflow, SQL, Python, and modern AI/GenAI technologies. The engineers will collaborate with Product Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Architecture, and business teams to deliver enterprise data and AI solutions.

They will also support Agile sprint activities, production support, data quality, performance tuning, technical documentation, and coordination across onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

Strong Snowflake experience

Strong SQL and Python skills

Experience with Nexla or similar ETL/ELT tools

Experience with Apache Airflow

Experience with AI/GenAI development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot

Understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and Agentic AI

Experience building data platforms that support analytics, AI, and machine learning

Knowledge of data governance, security, privacy, and data lineage

Strong Agile and stakeholder management experience

Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Azure and Snowflake on Azure

Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Amazon Bedrock, or similar platforms

RAG, semantic search, vector databases, and AI agents

LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel

DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and MLOps

Insurance, insurtech, healthcare, or financial services experience
