The Role

• Support budget planning and market analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.
• Aid in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
• Analyze processes, identify weaknesses, and propose optimization measures.
• Specialize in one of five areas from the 3rd semester: Accounting & Controlling, Tax Consulting, Social Management, Retail Management, or Logistics Management.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator certification.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong understanding of mathematics and logical thinking.
• High sense of responsibility and independent work ethic, with the ability to collaborate in a team.
• Good English language skills.
