Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect - AIOps / Agentic AI / Autonomous Operations to assess and evolve our Cutover platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise and cloud architecture, AI/ML-enabled operations, and automation platforms, and a proven ability to design scalable, reliable architectures that enable automated incident detection, diagnosis, remediation, and orchestration.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a current state assessment of the Cutover platform and its ecosystem, including application, infrastructure, integrations, and data flows.


• Document architecture, identify performance constraints, technical debt, and operational bottlenecks, and evaluate resiliency, scalability, and readiness.


• Perform capacity and performance engineering across API throughput, database performance, queue utilization, worker concurrency, and integration bottlenecks.


• Assess infrastructure scaling limits and develop growth and capacity forecasts.


• Define a future state architecture enabling autonomous operations, automated incident resolution, AI-assisted remediation, event-driven automation, and self-healing platforms.


• Create a multi-year technology roadmap supporting integration scalability, workload isolation, and automation expansion across CTI and APSE.


• Evaluate and recommend AI and emerging technologies including agentic AI, AIOps, generative operations assistants, event intelligence, knowledge graphs, autonomous remediation, and predictive incident management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of enterprise architecture experience with highly distributed, mission-critical systems.


• Strong cloud and hybrid architecture knowledge, including API-first, event-driven, and microservices patterns.


• Experience in incident management, SRE practices, operational observability, and reliability engineering in large-scale environments.


• Understanding of LLM architectures, RAG patterns, AI agents, prompt engineering, AI governance, and model evaluation.


• Proficiency with productivity software, including Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience training or fine-tuning AI models and building AI-powered operational workflows.


• Hands-on integration of AI into enterprise production environments for AIOps and autonomous remediation.


• Background with workflow orchestration platforms and CI/CD pipelines.


• Prior work in hybrid operating models within regulated or large-scale environments.
