Senior Network Performance Manager (Maternity Cover)

A fast-growing boutique fitness franchisor is looking for a Senior Network Performance Manager to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of franchised studios while taking a leadership role in its Performance Management team. Based at the brand's central London head office, the role combines coaching studio owners with a seat in performance strategy discussions at senior level, with regular visits out to studios. It suits a super-organised, proactive operator who knows Mindbody inside out, understands the Pilates world and is ready to shape how a whole network performs. This is a nine-month maternity cover starting in early November.

The Basics

● Contract: Nine-month fixed term, starting early November

● Location: Central London. Mainly office-based at head office, with regular visits to studios across the network.

The Opportunity

This is a step up from a pure portfolio role. Alongside supporting their own portfolio of studios, the Senior Network Performance Manager will join senior leadership in performance strategy discussions and bring insight from the network on behalf of the whole team. They will lead selected strategic initiatives for the General Manager.

They will help mentor and onboard fellow Network Performance Managers and run the team's monthly performance calls. They will also have a direct hand in building and rolling out the data visualisation dashboards the team and network rely on. Working from head office puts them at the centre of the business, close to the leadership team, while studio visits keep them connected to what is happening on the ground. As a nine-month maternity cover, it offers a senior, strategic seat from day one and a visible impact on network performance in a defined window.

The Role

• Increasing average unit volumes (AUVs) across a portfolio of studios. This means giving each studio operational recommendations, sales support and business development solutions tailored to it.

• Coaching franchisees proactively on lead follow-up, sales processes, management and leadership, and financial acumen. This happens from head office day to day and through regular in-person studio visits.

• Making sure each studio performs strongly on lead generation, lead nurturing, membership growth, member experience and revenue, and complies with HQ operating standards and SOPs at all times.

• Helping franchisees build and carry out local market awareness and outreach strategies that drive membership and profitability.

• Using Mindbody and the HQ data dashboards with franchisees to assess how they are performing.

• Mentoring Network Performance Managers with the General Manager, helping them solve problems as they come up.

• Organising and running the monthly Network Performance calls and setting their agendas.

• Helping manage onboarding for new team members and improving the onboarding and ongoing professional development programmes.

• Assessing team productivity with the General Manager and shaping strategies to improve it.

• Developing and delivering the rollout of data visualisation dashboards to both the internal team and the studio network. This includes working with the Data Analytics team to improve the dashboards based on feedback.

• Working with the Education team and external partners on course materials, campaigns, training documentation and SOPs.

The Person

• Extensive, hands-on Mindbody experience. This is essential.

• At least five years' experience in franchise network performance.

• A strong understanding of the Pilates world and the boutique studio model.

• Ideally a former coach or instructor, bringing credibility with studio teams and an understanding of the member experience from the floor.

• Super organised and proactive: someone who spots problems before they land, manages multiple studios and deadlines without dropping a ball, and doesn't wait to be asked.

• Confident presenting to franchisees in any format, from one-to-one to large-scale, in person and remotely.

• A natural relationship builder with franchise owners and studio managers.

• A strategic thinker who can make big-picture decisions and turn them into plans.

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Happy to work mainly from the central London office, with regular studio visits.

• Available to start in early November for a nine-month fixed term
