Senior Product Manager, Recommendations

Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Recommendations

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months, will immediately look to extend the contract

Description: We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in data, analytics, and recommendation/personalization products. This role owns product strategy from discovery through delivery, connecting customer-facing experiences with the data, decisioning, and recommendation capabilities that support them. The ideal candidate would have started their career in a data-focused area such as Data Science, Analytics, or Decision Science and later moved into true Product Management with ownership from concept through launch.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of overall professional experience
• Strong end-to-end Product Management experience
• Background in Data Science, Analytics, Decision Science, or similar
• Experience owning data-driven products
• Hands-on experience partnering with Data Science and Data Engineering teams
• Strong understanding of analytics, experimentation, testing, and model-driven products
• Experience building or managing a recommendation / personalization system
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in Consumer Directed Health, Healthcare, or Benefits technologies
