Revenue Specialist

Sr. Revenue Specialist ( 2-3 yrs experience)- not senior

Working remote is OK however must be local to Louisville, KY office in the event.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and perform daily matching of cash, credit cards and gift card activity.
• Research and resolve discrepancies, including store outreach, over/short reports, bank research, and refund requests.
• Complete period-end reconciliations (e.g., cash, credit card, gift card, and other general ledger accounts).
•
• Monitor and perform sales distribution on a weekly basis.
• Prepare, log, and upload journal entries each period.
• Perform adhoc support as back up for the team (e.g., missing sales, sales suspense accounts, preparing, gift card journal entries, overhead allocations, and brand-level matching activities

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with JDE and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to accuracy and detail

Preferred Requirements
• Experience with a large, global company
• Background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or retail environment
