As one of the newest Chenega companies, Chenega Defense & Aerospace Solutions (CDAS) was developed with the purpose of providing expert Engineering and Technical Support Services to federal customers.
The Network Analyst supports an Intelligence Office Network Analysis Branch by analyzing adversarial Unmanned Systems (UXS) enabling networks, operational support structures, supply chains, communications pathways, procurement mechanisms, facilitators, and broader operational ecosystems. This position focuses on identifying how adversaries acquire, move, support, communicate, finance, and employ UXS capabilities across the homeland, forward theaters, and the global enabling environment.
The Network Analyst integrates intelligence reporting, technical exploitation findings, systems analysis, operational reporting, collection reporting, and external partner information to identify critical nodes, operational dependencies, exploitable vulnerabilities, and opportunities for disruption, interdiction, or targeting prior to adversary system employment. This role directly supports prior-to-launch mission activities, counter-network analysis, targeting support, operational planning, threat assessments, and indications and warning related to adversarial UXS support activities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct network analysis of adversarial UXS enabling networks, supply chains, operational support structures, procurement activities, communications pathways, facilitators, and associated operational ecosystems.
- Identify critical nodes, operational dependencies, logistics pathways, transportation networks, financial activity, procurement mechanisms, and support functions enabling adversary UXS operations.
- Support prior-to-launch mission activities by identifying exploitable vulnerabilities, operational signatures, and opportunities for disruption, interdiction, targeting, or mitigation before adversary system employment.
- Integrate intelligence reporting, technical exploitation findings, systems analysis, operational reporting, collection reporting, and partner information into network-focused analytic assessments.
- Develop and maintain understanding of adversarial UXS support networks, including facilitators, suppliers, operators, logistics providers, infrastructure, communications pathways, and enabling organizations.
- Support targeting activities by identifying network relationships, critical enablers, support nodes, vulnerabilities, and potential disruption points.
- Produce network assessments, targeting support products, intelligence summaries, operational support products, indications and warning analysis, and future threat assessments.
- Analyze adversary procurement methods, supply chains, transportation routes, funding mechanisms, communications infrastructure, and operational support patterns.
- Identify emerging network trends, operational shifts, intelligence gaps, and collection opportunities related to adversarial UXS ecosystems.
- Coordinate with all-source analysts, systems analysts, technical exploitation personnel, targeting elements, operational personnel, law enforcement, interagency partners, Combatant Commands, and external mission partners.
- Support operational planning, counter-network analysis, threat characterization, and intelligence-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to collaborative assessments that improve JIATF 401s understanding of adversarial UXS networks and enabling ecosystems.
- Maintain analytic references, network documentation, link-analysis products, and mission support data related to adversarial UXS support structures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security Studies, International Relations, Criminal Justice, Political Science, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- 5+ years of experience conducting intelligence analysis, network analysis, counter-network analysis, targeting support, threat analysis, or operational intelligence support in a Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, federal law enforcement, or national security environment.
- Experience analyzing adversary networks, operational support structures, logistics pathways, procurement activities, facilitators, infrastructure, or threat ecosystems.
- Experience integrating information from multiple intelligence disciplines, operational reporting, technical findings, collection reporting, and partner information.
- Experience developing intelligence products, network assessments, briefings, operational updates, or targeting support materials.
- Active Top Secret with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Successfully pass background and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI
- Experience supporting counter-UAS, counter-UXS, counter-network, counterterrorism, counterproliferation, counternarcotics, threat finance, or transnational threat missions.
- Experience supporting prior-to-launch, targeting, interdiction, operational planning, or disruption-focused mission activities.
- Knowledge of adversarial UXS operations, threat networks, supply chains, procurement mechanisms, logistics pathways, communications infrastructure, and enabling ecosystems.
- Experience working with Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, Intelligence Community organizations, law enforcement, interagency partners, or operational task forces.
- Experience developing targeting packages, network diagrams, link-analysis products, indications and warning products, or operational support assessments.
- Familiarity with financial intelligence, supply chain analysis, procurement analysis, transportation network analysis, or facilitator network analysis.
- Experience using intelligence databases, geospatial tools, link-analysis platforms, or data visualization tools to support network analysis.
- Completion of military, government, or industry training in intelligence analysis, targeting, network analysis, or operational planning.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Familiarity with analytic tradecraft, link analysis, pattern analysis, and intelligence reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Arlington or Alexandria, Virginia.
- Knowledge of intelligence analysis, network analysis, counter-network methodologies, targeting support, and operational intelligence tradecraft.
- Knowledge of adversarial UXS enabling networks, supply chains, procurement mechanisms, operational support structures, communications pathways, and facilitators.
- Knowledge of prior-to-launch mission concepts, critical node identification, operational dependencies, network vulnerabilities, and disruption opportunities.
- Knowledge of intelligence reporting, technical exploitation findings, systems analysis, operational reporting, collection reporting, and partner information integration.
- Knowledge of threat networks, logistics pathways, transportation infrastructure, financial activity, procurement activity, and operational support ecosystems.
- Ability to identify critical nodes, key relationships, operational signatures, support pathways, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for disruption or targeting.
- Ability to analyze complex adversary networks and assess how support structures enable UXS operational employment.
- Ability to integrate multiple sources of intelligence and operational information into clear, actionable network assessments.
- Ability to develop targeting support products, network assessments, operational summaries, indications and warning products, and future threat assessments.
- Ability to identify intelligence gaps, collection opportunities, emerging network trends, and evolving adversary support methods.
- Ability to communicate complex network relationships, operational dependencies, and analytic findings to intelligence, operational, law enforcement, and leadership audiences.
