Overview
The Associate, Asset Management role will be involved in asset management support for investments as well as portfolio management responsibilities for the Canyon Partners Real Estate debt and equity platforms. This role will provide support through the lifecycle of projects, which can be from pre-development to lease-up/stabilization. The equity portfolio is primarily focused on development projects located across the country and bridging product types including multifamily, student-housing, and mixed-use. The debt portfolio invests across senior, mezzanine and preferred equity investments, nationally, across all product types.
